Top of the shops revealed at WestQuay Awards...

Staff at WestQuay are celebrating following its second annual Retailer Awards. The awards, whose results were decided from two mystery shop visits as well as over 5,000 public votes during the past two months, sought to reward exceptional customer service in 16 separate categories.  

Food retailer Prêt A Manger scooped the top prize, named as winner in the Retailer of the Year category. Other retailers celebrating today are fashion store Hollister who were named Best Fashion Retailer after only seven months of trading at WestQuay, and Orange, who were praised for their environmental efforts and named Green Retailer of the Year.
