Parent and Child Facilities

Baby change, emergency feeders and private feeding facilities are conveniently located on level 3 of the Podium car park entrance lobby and on The Food Terrace level. Bottle warming facilities are also available on request.

Wider parking spaces for parents with young children are allocated on levels 1, 2 and 3 in the Blue H block of the Podium Car Park, to make unloading buggies easier and safer. WestQuay's Car Parks have also received national awards for providing a well-lit and secure environment for family use. Pushchairs can be hired for the day from the Shopmobility office, located on level 2 of the Podium car park.

Safety in the centre

Please help us keep WestQuay safe. If you have a child in a pram or push chair, please use the lifts available throughout the centre. Prams and pushchairs should not be used on the escalators.

Child Safe Scheme

WestQuay is a designated child safe area. Centre and shop staff are trained to offer a place of safety to children if they become separated from their parents or guardians. The scheme is designed to reunite children and their parents quickly and with the minimum of distress.

Lower Shopping level. 

Family Eating
 
The relaxing surroundings of The Food Terrace offer a wealth of tempting foods and refreshments for everyone, from the very best in fast food to a refreshing cappuccino. Kids' lunch boxes and high chairs are also available. Mall cafes on Lower Shopping also offer convenient quick stop snacks and coffee.
