Lost Property

WestQuay offers a lost property service. Visit the Information Desk on lower shopping to report lost or found items, and we will try our best to reunite the items with their owners.

Items reported lost will be logged on our system so customer service staff can contact you if items are found.

We keep all lost property that is handed in for one month and then give it to charity. If you have lost something, please call our Information Desk to find out if it's been handed in - 02380 336828 or email info@west-quay.co.uk
