Child Safe Scheme

WestQuay is a designated child safe area. Centre staff are trained to offer a place of safety to children, young adults and vulnerable persons if they become separated from their parents or guardians.

If you lose a child or need to report an incident, alert a member of the WestQuay team or visit the Information Desk on Lower Shopping.

Free Wristbands
A mobile number on a wristband is the simplest and quickest way to help a lost child. On entering WestQuay a wristband can be collected from the Information Desk. These wristbands are bright, waterproof and tough so as well as shopping they are ideal for other days out or journeys into busy towns and cities.
