Sales Assistant

Essential is a family run independent retailer that has seven stores in major shopping centers across the south of England.

We specialize in silver jewelry (especially rings!), but also sell a range of fashion jewelry, scarves, bags, watches and body jewelry.

We are currently looking for an energetic and hard working individual to join our Southampton team.

Previous retail experience would be required as this job involves a considerable amount of visual merchandising, but what we are most looking for in a candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with customers, and who has a friendly and approachable manner. A high level of customer service is required to enable our customers to be as happy and satisfied as possible. All candidates must have at least one years work experience, preferably in a customer facing environment, and a minimum of 5 GCSE at grade C or above - including English and Mathematics.

We will train you to a high standard in all aspects of the job. From giving advice to customers, till operation, display and many other aspects of this interesting work.
