Your New Role

We are recruiting for Service Consultants to join our Southampton team working 38.75 hrs per week, 5 days out of 7.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Booking in internal and external repairs from customers

  • Liaising with external workshops regarding estimates and timescales

  • Complete administration tasks including special orders, invoices and estimate generation

  • Communicating with customers as and when required to discuss their repair/ estimates

  • Provide advice and explanation of their estimate and works proposed

  • Introducing of Pre-Owned Watches to our customers

  • Increase awareness of the Service Department and promoting other products and services e.g. batteries, reseals, watch/ jewelry services

  • Notifying customers to inform work has been completed and the repair is ready for collection

  • Assisting the Service Manager and the rest of the service and sales team/s as and when required

Skills and experience required:

  • Positive attitude and friendly approach

  • Good organisational skills

  • Great communication skills, dealing with customers and suppliers

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Flexible approach and willing to assist in a variety of tasks

  • Ability to react to customer situations

  • Knowledge of luxury watch and jewelry brands preferred

  • Excellent working knowledge of the technical aspects of jewelry and watches desirable
