Your New Role
We are recruiting for Service Consultants to join our Southampton team working 38.75 hrs per week, 5 days out of 7.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Booking in internal and external repairs from customers
Liaising with external workshops regarding estimates and timescales
Complete administration tasks including special orders, invoices and estimate generation
Communicating with customers as and when required to discuss their repair/ estimates
Provide advice and explanation of their estimate and works proposed
Introducing of Pre-Owned Watches to our customers
Increase awareness of the Service Department and promoting other products and services e.g. batteries, reseals, watch/ jewelry services
Notifying customers to inform work has been completed and the repair is ready for collection
Assisting the Service Manager and the rest of the service and sales team/s as and when required
Skills and experience required:
Positive attitude and friendly approach
Good organisational skills
Great communication skills, dealing with customers and suppliers
Ability to work well under pressure
Flexible approach and willing to assist in a variety of tasks
Ability to react to customer situations
Knowledge of luxury watch and jewelry brands preferred
Excellent working knowledge of the technical aspects of jewelry and watches desirable
